Reservations and Pre-Orders

Certain items, including founding pieces from Drop 01, may be offered as reservations or pre-orders. A reservation secures your place in line and early access; it does not guarantee a specific delivery date. We will notify you by email when the item becomes available and provide instructions to complete your purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We will provide an estimated timeframe for shipping once your order is confirmed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other events beyond our control.
